The Journey

For over 20 years, Greg Ward has been the heartbeat of the Mid-Atlantic reggae scene. From the foundations of Kingston rhythms to the modern evolution of the **Virginia Reggae Freedom Fest**, Greg’s mission has always been simple: One Love, through the power of sound.

Along the way, Greg has performed with notable artists including The Abyssinnians, The Itals, Barrington Levy, Frankie Paul, Andrew Tosh, Ras Shiloh, and more.

The Loop

Using state-of-the-art live looping technology, Greg builds a massive wall of sound solo. Thick basslines, sharp skanks, and soulful percussion are layered in real-time before your eyes—bringing the power of a 6-piece band with the intimacy of a solo performance.

For full-band bookings, Greg also performs with The Dubsettors, featuring bassist Nick Burgess and drummer Brent Finlen.
